		<description>What a wonderful post... I especially enjoyed the bit about "15 minutes of Doing Nothing daily"... I wonder if my daily meditation counts as doing nothing (even though I am doing something... meditating!) since I am trying to stop my mind and achieve the same results as doing nothing. Hmm... I'll have to ponder that one...

For me the lack of inner peace is about competing desires/parts of myself.  The way to peace is reconciliation/integration of these parts.  Sorry if this sounds abstract.  Get back to me if you'd like me to explain more.

It also involves designing a lifestyle in some ways - finding work and relationships that I find nourishing and so on.
