This round-up of the blogosphere has something for our emotions, thoughts and finally our bodies. Useful stuff all round I think.
A blog that I’ve recently discovered and is rapidly becoming one of my favourites is Ian Peatey’s Quantum Learning. In this post he gives 3 simples steps to fully enjoy life. They are: observation, feeling, enrichment.
Albert the Urban Monk has a great post on distinguishing authentic and inauthentic emotions.
A blog I don’t think I’ve linked to before is Think Simple Now. This is a great post on learning without memorising (by using visualisation, metaphor, compare and contrast and many other techniques). Brief practical and to the point – a great post.
Finally, the physical side of things. One hour of aerobic activity improves the elasticity of the arteries in older people (ages 65-83) thus reducing the chances of stroke and heart attack.
Would you like to feel less stressed?
Could you do with more joy in your life?
The answer is living authentically. Buy the book or sign up for the course now from my Living Authentically website.

Hi mate! Thanks for the link. How have you been? Been a while since we chatted.
Hi Albert, a bit stressful in my part of the blogosphere. Hope the exams went well. Good to hear from you (hope you’re having a holiday).
Hi, Evan -
Thanks for always being on the look-out for inspiration blogs — and sharing them with us! Great value!
- Marie (Coming Out of the Trees)
You’re welcome Marie. Hope life is good with you.
I am honoured to be mentioned here, Evan. Actually I’m quite choked up and don’t know what else to say!
Thanks Ian. It’s a pleasure.
