		<description>Someone once pointed out that I was acting in a way that one of my caregivers is notorious for (snappy, nasty, controlling) and the shock and horror of that realization was sufficient enough to snap me out of re-examining my action and re-evaluating things.  That has certainly helped me from passing that on over the years!
