I have a guest post on the Psychology, Philosophy and Real Life blog. It is about rejection and how to deal with it. I talk about why we feel rejection so strongly, what we can learn and how we can respond when we feel rejected. It is called, simply, Rejection.

I do NOT deal with rejection very well. I admit I still have heaps of issues to work on.. and i’m a chicken.

Bwark! I certainly don’t claim to have worked on all my issues. Is there stuff I don’t want to face? For sure! My rule of thumb is to deal with stuff when it’s getting in the way of what I want to do. All the other stuff? I get on with enjoying life rather than worrying about it.
