I hadn't considered this before Evan. But maybe that's why I rarely get angry. There are few situations in my everyday life that I find are important enough to generate anger.

Hi Billy,

The unresolved stuff is usually the stuff we don't want to look at - that's (usually) why it's unresolved. And so we get stuck with it. This is where other people (friends or paid) can help. They let us know when we move away from what we are dealing with or tell us what they are seeing that we don't seem to.

If there is anger there it is almost certainly there for good reason. If it is chronic we usually need support from others (friends or paid) to support us as we deal with it.

When we do this the rush of energy we get can be a real high. And then we need to not only enjoy it but channel it too.

With deeper issues it can mean changing a big part of how we relate to life. So I find the best way is in small and easy steps.

Thanks for your comment, it is very much appreciated.

Hello Evan,

Interesting take on anger. I have certainly tapped into anger as a motivating energy for change or for overcoming obstacles. Some anger, however, seems much more residual and chronic as if it's signaling an unfinished piece of business. I try to push this anger aside when it pops up since focusing on it only seems to aggravate it. Maybe if I look at it more as emotional energy to be channeled ...
