You pose a great question. I have not been on a pilgrimage however I could see how a pilgrimage in many ways could be a joyous time of growth. I agree with you that one in modern time would be hard pressed to commit to a pilgrimage. I love the idea of going on a pilgrimage as part of my journey.</description>
