		<description>Hi Chris.  The idea that if we adopt habit X then people will do what we want, isn&#039;t in line with my experience (to put it as kindly as possible).  If only it were this easy!  (Though I&#039;m not sure about making people do what we want anyway.)  My idea is developing the habit of just checking in with ourselves.  The next step is acting in response to what we find (a whole &#039;nother story).  I think once we have a good sense of who/where we are then we can live a more satisfying life.  Thanks for your comment.</description>
