I’m going to modify the Living Authentically online course soon.

In response to feedback from students I’m going to take out a lot of the content and make it much more focused. The feedback was that people loved the content but there was just too much of it – they found it overwhelming to keep up with the amount of material.

The new course will have one big email a week, giving the content, and then five quick tip or reminder emails for the week.

I also plan to make it easier for people to concentrate on one aspect of their lives. I’ll highlight which dimension of our life (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social) is being dealt with that day so people will know quickly whether that email is one they are particularly concerned with.

If you’ve been wanting to do the course and haven’t yet (and you like the sound of lots of content) now is the time to decide. If you know you want to do it but can’t do it (and know when you want to) contact me via the contact form on this blog and we’ll work it out.
