I’ve completed the first draft of my next eBook – How to Cure Boredom.

It deals with boredom in three stages – or in three degrees of seriousness. The first is when we just need some distraction, the second is when we want to do different things (both be relaxed and be active), the third being when we have competing needs (this may be rest and activity but also different personal qualities – soft and strong, or competing needs – our own space and being sociable).

I have also, for each stage given some options for responding to children’s boredom. This was suggested by Ian Peatey whose blog Quantum Learning, I recommend. Thanks Ian, I haven’t found it easy but I have found it very worthwhile to do.

For each stage, as with all my eBooks, there are exercises for you to experience and work through the issues yourself. I’m hoping it will be finished and ready to sell in about a month. Stay tuned.

Hi Ian, I’m hoping it’s not too far away. I’m trying to make an MP3 of How to Thrive in Your Situation. If anyone tells you that making and uploading an MP3 is easy and requires no skills, don’t believe them!
