I just wanted to alert you to this post about Frances Moore Lappe (famous as the author of Diet For A Small Planet – vegetarian wholefood cooking). It is about food and the recent food shortages – looking at the bigger picture of production methods and the influence of companies. It is an excellent read and contains great news about the growing use of an organic approach and the better returns this approach yields.
Also an apology. I’d usually do a longer post today. Yesterday exploded with a discussion that took most of the day so I haven’t done a post for today. Hopefully back to normal next week. Evan
