It’s been quite a while since I did a post about physical health.  So this post is about an easy to improve your diet and physical health.

A quick way to reduce your risk of heart attack is to substitute olive oil for saturated fats – butter and cream.  Olive oil is a mono-saturated fat – it boosts the good fats and lowers our bad fats in our blood.

A good place to start learning about diet and olive oil is Health Benefits of Olive Oil . com. It also has a good page on the Mediterranean Diet (most of the oil in this diet comes from olive oil and so those who eat it tend to have less heart attacks and live longer).

There are also pages about a variety of olive oil products and some good links to other sites. This is a good blog to provide useful and accessible information on the health benefits of olive oil. I hope, if you are not eating as well as you can, that it will help you move to a healthier diet.
