Blogs for Healing and Self-Development
Time for some news from my travels around the blogosphere.
First up is Chandra Unplugged. Chandra Alexander gets first place for calling her business Coaching for Authenticity - authenticity being a topic close to my heart. My attention was captured by this slogan. When I went to her site it looked slick and corporate which pushed [...]Four Secrets for a (Nearly) Perfect Relationship
Just a quick note on an excellent post. It is called The Four Secrets for a Nearly Perfect Relationship. It is on a blog that I subscribe to called Illuminated Mind, which I usually find is worth reading. The post is well written and the advice is simple and excellent I think. Great stuff, well [...]
A Great Self-Development Site
The website myinnerselfgrowth is a mine of information.

This time two sites at opposite ends of the reality spectrum - one on metaphysics and the other on physical fitness.
What Is Metaphysics dot com is a site authored by Jason Randhawa (Canadian born of Indian parents). What is metaphysics - according to Jason it is the non-physical [...]Change Therapy
I’ve realised that I haven’t drawn attention to one of the blogs I regularly read: Change Therapy.
Change Therapy is a blog by Canadian resident (European born I think), Isabella Mori. As well as the blog posts Isabella also has lots of other resources.
She has a page about psychotherapy, as well as pages on eating [...]
