Thanks DrSteve.

I think I've always been putting together a philosophy of life - it comes naturally to me. At high school my friends and I would discuss (in a very uninformed way) philosophy - which lead to us being regarded as weird.

I'll edit the post to make it clearer. Pedersen is the theology that is the easy to read. It is Gestalt Therapy that is the not easy to read foundation for psychotherapy. I think it is in many ways the only theory of psychotherapy - it addresses the process; most theories just deal with issues and let the practitioner decide strategies on an ad hoc basis.

Interesting learn more about you. You are someone who has found his way to a philosophy of life - so few people do!

(I got a bit confused re easyread and not-an-easy-read - is it the Perdersen is the great foundation for psychotherapy?)
